Here at Howei we encourage all forms of fun and social activities across the spectrum, so as long as no one is being harmed we say go for it!

As a Howei Runfluencer, you will have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for fitness and running. You will be part of a community that not only supports each other but also inspires others to take up running as a way of life.
