I’m looking for a gift idea for my dad’s anniversary—he’s a big fan of old movies about con artists. We were recently discussing the cast of the new “Ocean’s” prequel, and he was really excited that Margot Robbie will be in it. I want to plan a trip to the movies with him in advance.

Are there any specific details yet regarding the filming dates in Monaco for this controversial project, and will they manage to finish shooting everything by the end of the year? And what do you think—will the change in directors ruin the project, since Lee Isaac Chung has left and they’re bringing in Bradley Cooper, who has previously directed purely festival-style dramas and might make the film too boring for a mass audience?

A great gift idea—the retro style really needs a tower! Filming is scheduled for this summer in Monaco, so expect the premiere next year. As for the director’s chair, this is Cooper’s chance to prove his ability to handle blockbusters. But for the older generation, it will be pure nostalgia. And does Dad actually prefer the original trilogy or the old films from the ’60s?
