How to Convert Multiple PST Files Efficiently?

I have several Outlook PST files collected from different systems over the years, and I am looking for a practical way to process them without opening every file individually in Outlook. Some files contain only emails, while others include attachments, contacts, calendars, and multiple custom folders. Since this is archived business data, I want to make sure the original information remains organized during the conversion.

I initially considered using Outlook's built-in options, but manually handling every PST file seems time-consuming. I started researching whether a dedicated pst converter would be more suitable, particularly for handling multiple files and large mailbox archives. My main requirements are preserving the folder hierarchy, retaining attachments, and avoiding unnecessary duplication during the process.

While comparing different approaches, I came across the SysInfo PST Converter. What caught my attention was the availability of options for selecting specific folders and previewing mailbox data before proceeding. For a larger collection of PST files, having more control over what gets processed could be useful instead of converting everything blindly.

I am also trying to understand how much difference a dedicated pst file converter makes when dealing with multiple archives. Features such as batch processing, selective conversion, date-based filtering, and attachment handling sound useful, but I would like to know which of these features actually matter in a real migration or archiving scenario.

Another concern is data integrity. Before starting, I plan to create backup copies of all source PST files and verify that I have enough storage for the converted output. I also want to avoid modifying the original archives until I am satisfied with the results.

Has anyone here recently converted multiple Outlook PST files? What method did you use, and were there any problems with large files, attachments, folder hierarchy, or duplicate data? I would appreciate practical advice from anyone who has handled a similar PST conversion project.
