I know this thread is a bit old, but I’ve been using an app called LiveSoccerTV that pulls together all channels and streaming services for each match. Have you tried something like that, or do you prefer checking league websites directly?

I check a service that compiles live sports schedules. Lately I rely on football streaming to see where every match is shown across multiple platforms. It covers European leagues and even Asian ones, so I don't waste time searching anymore.
