Compulsory to 50KM, 30KM and 15KM runners to do mandatory items checking at Race Village. Please bring along your race bib and Malaysian IC / Passport when you do redeem your mandatory items checking for verification. You also required signing the INDEMNITY AND RELEASE FORM when you do mandatory items checking. You are NOT ALLOWED to do mandatory items checking on behalf of other runners.

Runners are required to bring the mandatory items throughout the entire race. Random checks will be performed by the race officials before and during the race. Failure to comply or the mandatory items are not functioning, participants are will incur a penalty or not allowed to continue the race and will be disqualified. Any decision made is at the organizer’s discretion and it will be final.

Special Needs Bag / Drop Bag

Only 50KM runners can drop their special needs bag at Check Point (Race Village) Runners can plan properly the additional supply they may require throughout the race course.

All participants may utilize the service provided at the starting line to drop off any bags that you will require post-race in advance. Runners must provide their own bags, label it with bib number, secure them firmly and deposit at least 1 hour before flag off.

All belonging must be collected before 10:00pm on Saturday (10 October). The organizer takes no responsibility for the contents of the bag, for theft or loss of item.

Did Not Finish (DNF)

You will be considered as DNF too if you unable to reach the designated Check Point within the cut off time. Kindly cooperate with the official on duty and allow them to carry out the DNF procedure.

If you decided to quit during the race, kindly report to the nearest Check Point and follow further instruction by the officials. You may return to the finish line by yourself or in case of injuries, wait for medical assistant.

DNF participants are not entitled for finisher items.

Disqualified (DQ)

You will be disqualified (DQ) if you were found cheating by taking shortcuts, use any sort of vehicle for assistance, do not carry the mandatory items or commit any act harmful to other runners and officials.

DQ participants are not entitled for finisher items.

Medical & Insurance

• There will be medical personnel on standby at the race site
• Ambulance service is on standby as well for emergency cases.
• Participants are responsible to ensure that they are fit and healthy before starting the race. Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt.
• Participants are to accept the risk associated with the event as per indemnity clause stated in the registration form.
• The organizer will not be held responsible for any claim resulted from this event.
• It is recommended that you have personal accident insurance or health insurance.
• Organizer will only provide insurance scheme Group Personal Accident (Short Period).

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

• Any online registration that is not followed up with online payment will become invalid registration.
• No multiple entries per participant. No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration.
• Please ensure your personal details are entered accurately to avoid any issue during the race pack collection or any other event related purpose that require your personal info.
• Some of your personal info such as name, date of birth, nationality and race result will be shared with external party for qualifying and championship processing. Same set of info might be shared with the authorities and insurance companies for Group Personal Accident policy issuance.
• There is no pre-requisite of completing any other trail running race to participate in MUALLIM ULTRA 2026. It is participants responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to complete the distance you have registered, monitor your health during the race, including knowing when to withdraw from the race if you are no longer able to continue.

RACE RULES:

• You must complete the race entirely on foot with no external assistance or pacer.
• It’s forbidden to be accompanied along the race course by anyone other than another registered participant during the race and use of, will result in my disqualification.
• Your race bib must be visible to event crew at all times during the race. It should be worn on the outside of your clothing on the front of your body over your belly or chest, not at your back, on your pant or any other fancy location on your body.
• You must conduct yourself in a sporting, professional and cautious manner during the participation in the event and understand that you may be disqualified if do not do so.
• You acknowledge that your registration is personal to you, and it’s not transferable to other person without the stated process above.
• You agree to retire immediately from the event if ordered to do so by the Event Organizers, crews or marshal, or any government official.
• You accept full liability for any medical expenses incurred because of training for and/or participating in the Event.
• You will be immediately disqualified from the Event if you found to have intentionally shortened the route of the Event.
• You will be immediately disqualified from the Event if you found to be deliberately littering the course.
• You accept that the event organizers reserve the right to amend the event format or cancel the Event due to health and safety reasons, including storm, rain, inclement weather, winds or any other act of God conditions. You accept that the Entry fee shall be non-refundable in this circumstance as costs have already been incurred.
• You accept that the Event Organizers will do their utmost to provide me with a finish time following my completion of the Event, however, they will not be held responsible for any computer result anomalies.
• You agree that you should only be withdrawing from the Event at a pre-defined checkpoint. It is not the Event Organizers responsibility to pick up a runner at any point of the race course unless you are medically unfit.
• You agree to notify the timing officials at the race site of your withdrawal from the race. This will ensure all participants who are registered and pull out of the race are accounted for, allowing for the accurate and safe running of the event.
• You accept that all decisions and rulings by the Event Organizers, its crew or marshal are considered final.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK, RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT:

Please carefully read this entire acknowledgment of risk, release, and waiver of liability agreement and make sure that you understand them before signing it including all modifications to the Form before the event. Each participant and a parent/legal guardian of the minor participant (under 18 years of age), is referred to herein as “I” or “my”, must sign this Form. Please note that the event website and the event registration portal, may set additional terms and conditions that apply to the event. By participating in MUALLIM ULTRA 2026, I also acknowledge my acceptance of those terms and conditions. In consideration of the services of All Trail Project (the Organizer) in allowing me/my child to participate in the event and activities (the Event), I acknowledge and agree as follows:

• I acknowledge my participation in the Event is voluntarily and at my own risk. I am aware that risks exist and may arise during the Event (including, but not limited to, the endurance nature of the sport and the inherent risks associated with running, especially on jungle section, nature obstacles, public roads, pathways, mountainous terrain, away from medical facilities and subject to the forces of nature) by which death, injury or illness to me or damage or loss to my property may occur. I accept and assume all the risks of participating in the Event.
• Further, I hereby fully release the organizer, its members, and volunteers from any and/or all responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage to any of my property, or any injury or death to me arising in any manner whatsoever (including by way of negligence of any other person or entity) out of my participation in the Event.
• I give permission the organizer to publish photos of me on its website, social media channels and in their marketing material and I understand that any photos of myself that I disprove will be taken down upon my request.

• 10% discount : Group registration 5 pax & above
• 10% discount : MUTRA 2025 returning participants. System will detect your IC/Passport number during online registration thru Checkpoint Spot and provide the discount at checkout (discount only applicable at Checkpoint Spot for early entry, normal & late entry fees)

Important Note :

• Group discounts and past participant discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount can be applied per participant or registration.

• NO REFUND policy If you cannot attend for whatever reason.
• However, we allow BIB TRANSFER policy. You can transfer your bib to another runner with advance notice at least one month before the event’s date with processing fee of RM30.

Participant Reminder :

• Please bring along softcopy of the confirmation slip from online registration provider and your IC or Passport when you redeem your race kit for verification purposes.
• Collect on behalf of any relative or DID NOT START participant, COMPULSORY to show their softcopy of the confirmation slip and fill up authorization form.
• Race kit will be forfeited if failed to collect during the stipulated date and time.

*All winners will be required to produce legal proof of identification and age in order to be eligible for prizes. Runners who fail to do so will have their rank and prizes forfeited.
