1. Campaign Overview

Howei is pleased to offer a bonus reward campaign where eligible users will receive double (2x) HoweiCoins for qualifying transactions on the Howei platform.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the 2x HoweiCoins bonus reward, the following conditions must be met:

• The registration must be for an individual (non-group) participant for any paid event on the Howei platform.
• This must be the user's first successful paid registration for any event on Howei.
• Payment must be successfully completed and confirmed.
• The registration must comply with all applicable Howei platform terms and conditions.

3. Reward Structure

Eligible users will receive HoweiCoins calculated as follows:

1. Standard HoweiCoins: The regular amount of HoweiCoins earned for the transaction.
2. Bonus HoweiCoins: An additional amount equal to the standard HoweiCoins earned.
3. Total: 2x the standard HoweiCoins amount.

The HoweiCoins will be credited to the user's account upon successful completion of the qualifying transaction.

4. Event Cancellation Policy

In the event that a registered event is cancelled after registration:

• HoweiCoins awarded (including both standard and bonus amounts) will not be automatically deducted from the user's account.
• However, Howei reserves the right to deduct or adjust HoweiCoins awarded on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
• Howei will evaluate each cancellation scenario individually and may consider factors including, but not limited to, the reason for cancellation, user history, and platform integrity.

5. Exclusions

This campaign does NOT apply to:

• Group event registrations.
• Subsequent event registrations after the first successful paid registration.
• Free events or promotional registrations.
• Registrations made using discount codes that specifically exclude bonus rewards (if applicable).

6. General Terms

• Howei reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Howei reserves the right to disqualify users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
• HoweiCoins earned through this campaign are subject to the standard HoweiCoins terms and conditions.
• In case of any disputes, Howei's decision shall be final and binding.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
